Influence of Onion on Indian politics.....

Onion....a mere vegetable which said to be add test and flavor in main cooked vegetable....its just a supportive and secondary vegetable not primary one....too religious people avoid it and common Indian community also not eat it in particular pure and holy months....and during big and Holy festivals,,......means it just a secondary act.... not main...But if we go back in near past..just a decade back..there was a government in Delhi...which is doing very fine with a lot of vision and thought....suddenly price of onion started hiking...and resulted in defeat of Government ...since than it has been an decade the Government has not yet been back in power...( Now its seems tit-tat...Payaj ne hi gaddi chhinwae thi aur ab payaj hi Gadi dilwayega..).....that's the impact and influence of onion on Indian politics....(few more government has been changed that time....and those who has elections later are lucky fellow...)..........If we analyzed a bit Indian society structure..we will notice its always the secondary things which catches attention and become important for the nation not primary ones......with out food so many people are dyeing every year..but without watching movies I don't think any one will die...(even today more than 25% of Indian population has not seen T.V) but cinema and TV is a major portion of news not food , water or shelter....Social workers are subject of knowledge for educated ones...cine stars and cricketers are celebrities celebrated all across..even worshiped.....though to certain extant its fare since they give...joy (though for a few moment)..on the face of a hungry stomach.......same way rice and wheat are main ingredients of food need for survival...potato, beans , cauliflower, ladies figure..etc are main course veggy..Onion is just supporter...if Rice is Rs. 30 /kg (from Rs. 10) no one cares but onion always change the government.....( on personal node...inflation has been the common phenomenon of congress Government then why news channels and people reacting I don't know.....Party name itself suggest its features as well s nature... " Since Con is opposite of Pro, it simply tells Congress is opposite of Progress" progress of a common man.....)


P.S - I must suggest all Indian politicians to have their own big onion farms..because their political career depends more than other things on only one thing that is onion.......

Those Beautiful Eyes

It was a fine tuesday; I was just killing time on face book,
Browsing profile, pics of friends, giving even and odd look.


Suddenly my eyes fixed on a pic like a joint lapped by favicol,
It was a beautiful one, describing not only person but its soul.

A charming face, straight nose smile with a pleasing grace,
I was completely astonished by that really beautiful face.

The most noticeable feature was the sharp eyes,
With a very vivid and complete look it lies.

It has a very deep penetration of pain still lively, full of past grief but joyful and smiling,
It was full of life, widely open at world, cautious, but friendly, even eyelids have a style of falling……..

It catches the thought deep deep and very deep, covered and locked,
Still open for the one, willing to explore and melt the one, once looks like rocked.

I have not seen such magical eyes before, though I noticed eyes most,
It has a full story of owner’s life scripted; you just have to read the post.

But what surprises me most; such beautiful eyes have a search in it,
Is such beauty is still unnoticed, or it has some special shadow in mind to be fit?.

It It it was amazingly attractive and holds the site for hours,
You just keep looking in it and there is so much to explore in eyelid drawers.

It was clearly telling my beholder is friendly & caring like mother when come to friends,
Suspicious like strangers when it comes to judge, but if u pass through; relationship will set new trends….

It has questions in it, but answers are also there,
Its looks arguing but then with no loosing fear.

It holds respect for all forms of life, even for pain,
At the same time its joy is childish on little- little gain.

The eyes give different looks in one picture, when its still and fix,
What would be a live site, when it’s moving can’t be explained in suffix.

Let me confess,
In the open press,

It’s the most beautiful, meaningful and mysterious eyes I have seen,
It has all feelings, joy, grief, complain then acceptance, neither it was sad nor keen.

All I can say, that much I have read, that much I have been,
There is lot more to explore, about which I am really very keen.

That’s all about that a naughty smile with a little shy,
It was the complete story I observed in those beautiful eyes.

After all Gov. saved the Secularism...

Just two days before some of the useless population of India has been omitted , an Indian secular group has taken in responsibility.....and promoting it as a part of their secular Jihad.....and as an secular Gov. is ruling the country..such secular act will be supported......because its really a punishable offense.....to be fundamentalist..and show it so publicly.....after all whats the need of being accumulated at a holy place in such huge numbers........if you have such useless time to show your fundamentalism.......what a secular gov. can do to protect you.....they cant protect fundamentalism......indeed ...they will salute such act of country well fair as they are reducing one of the biggest growing problem of India ..i.e. population......after all secularism also have some cost..like few million carores....and few useless number of lives......every thing has a cost and Gov. is praising themselves(blaming state Gov.)...after all just by scarifying few numbers of life they have ultimately saved the main goal..Secularism...

How Much More Blood It Need: Kashmir

10^th Aug, 2010, ya I don’t at all remember unusual days, no it was not at all a usual day, just day before night was completely reckless. I have to fallow up for some seats and it was till 3 am, neither I slept nor let any concern one; can say it’s a long night. But today was an easy day, while less or frankly say no work (and this very unusually happens). You know one thing coming early from work is always not good for bachelors especially when you are residing in hotels, suddenly you feel bored and find nothing to do. But today there was a match between India and Newzeland , which we loose brutally…and I was surfing channels to hear something on great Indian batting line up (which is still a miraz in absence of Sachin) suddenly I saw Verkha Dutt on a channel talking something, and as I have a great respect to her, I given few seconds to her( that’s the most common way I can pay respect because when ever I saw some famous journalist on T.V my own old ambitions started boosting of being one,,,,,,,) . And the Show was “THE BUCK STOPS HERE” with few usual politicians(which can be shown on every news show) but the thing which attracted me is the topic and some unknown faces I seen on T.V , ya that’s about Kashmir and some representatives were there…..it really felt me with great pleasure to see.. ya….There is something in India which is being considered over cricket.

I was hearing about some disturbance in Valley for last few weeks But I was as much caring about it, as I use to care about my exams in past. But I was surprised and stunned to know that more than 100 people in Kashmir has been killed in recent weeks and was really felt the severing in nerves , while seeing anger of Kashmir youth, it really made me worried. I have been to Jammu twice but found nothing unusual, ya bit more police but that’s understandable on other sacred places. You will find almost same. My last interaction with a Kashmiri was also memorable, ummm can say a beautiful memory. …..her name was Aaliya, actually we met during a Science exhibition, Jawaharlal Nehru science exhibition. She was simply stunning, gorgeous..a white face like milk, long hairs, blue deep eyes, and really sweet voice (which once wish to hear hear and hear ), it seems like she has come from a land of angles who never ever has heard about violence, but his father didn’t seems so, he was quit frustrated with system, I do get a chance to interact with both of them, Girl have few complains but most of them was usual Islamic girls complain not any anger about rotten system of government. But father has different views , he told me something that time I was not at all been able to believe (since I just have passed 10^th so..Unfamilier about world).

I was just asking about the life in Kashmir, which is being known as heaven on earth…..he told me some strange facts, that there military arrests humiliates and beats you if they can found you late evening on social places and by any mean u are not been able to produce an identity card provided by government ,( though these army person use to live near by and have tea on the same tea stalls). He also added if some Military man like a lady in your home then its really tough for you. There were so many other problems which drawn my sympathy for them and I really abuse the government and system for the same. Then I asked about terrorism and he replied actually most of them are not terrorists but freedom fighters, and Kashmiri doesn’t want either to be with India or Pakistan but want a free state, the time he said that my sympathy for him and his people changed into anger, and I said to myself ; these fellow is himself a half terrorist and these are the people who want to defame our great Military. As usual we exchanged numbers for further contact, I talked to few people afterwards (who met during exhibition), but I never called to Kashmir since I thought why to get in trouble?

Since then time keep on going and we become busy in other stuffs ….and senses keep enlarging bit of understanding comes in, we hear news, we read the news, we discussed news, we debated news, we concluded, we agreed on some conclusions, then we disagreed on some of them too, in the whole scene we never even thought of each others caste or religion. That changed nothing in country’s political scenario but resulted in a big way, by making a bunch of people good friends, and those also of all kind. Some are highly intellectual; some are exceptionally intelligent, some one is quite clever and good part on my side that I have been considered as one in this bunch after lacking every thing. Then one day I hear the news of fake encounters in Ghati…and picture is a bit clear in my mind. That what that old man was saying was not completely wrong if not 100% right. There is something wrong, and some people has made our patriotism sentiments as their covers, they think they can kill any one and relate them verbally to some Pakistani agency and through few weapons at their death bodies ..now the death person is terrorist…..(no one will say any thing because that will make him unpatriotic)..but time changed some people dared to ask questions…??? And believe me asking question itself answers many.. then few elections make things a bit settled down and it again escaped from every ones mind and people make themselves busy in more entertaining stuffs like IPL.

Suddenly after recent elections in Kashmir , the things were not going right , They have a very very young chief minister but still youth is not happy that’s ironic but hard core truth. But I am still not been able to understand what’s the problem which make them do so…earlier I thought Pakistan ….but then I went in a bit depth and I realized ..If a teacher humiliated a child in his class which is consist of hardly 40 peoples and teacher is also own then it takes one in deep depression and he stared crippling about system…. In college ragging makes a student to commit suicide…what about the people who has been humiliated, beaten , tortured in front of there on people and always treated like strangers in their own homes, what they feel?.... and how they feels?…then I realized its not Pakistan but its our own policies and politicians which needs to be reviewed?…I was hearing a youth from Kashmir on TV and I found their facts quit logical and so as other great gentlemen present on TV…but one thing I am amazed at, there was a gentlemen on TV or say a Kashmiri gentleman who was saying that we also need democracy and a treated as a democratic body, the matter should be given serious consideration and talks should be happen including Pakistan, on which Varkha Dutt replied you are being treated as part of democracy that why you are being called on the show and being given a chance to put your frank views in front of such eminent politicians and whole country, that liberty cant be enjoyed to other Kashmir, that is for sure. A gentlemen working in Delhi has such views is a real matter of worried and raising alarm? But the big question is that what’s the solution? Everywhere the question is same but with less answers? This attitude of youth is not good for any community or country’s own existence!

It is not a problem which can be dealt with guns …but we need our own young guns…they must be given proper respect….it is really a shame for our nation that most romantic place of world is producing or say seeding such bitter and violent youth….. its our duty now to associate all of them with us……but how? That needs to be discussed in detail? Must understand their needs…honor actual once and ethical ones and make them believe in that, other ones can also be resolved in better way..by staying in union…..there must be some unique ways to do so….

In my opinion the most important thing which can do so is educational cross breading and love. I wish more and more educational institutions open in Kashmir..This will provide them education and a chance to mix up Kashmiri’s with other part of country and a chance to let them know their own India….. to love India…. they must be given their share of freedom, (I am talking about education first then industry because adolescence youth is best age group which mix-up easily, and can go any where in search of quality education, they have lesser believe in territories and state boarders….there is on e IIHM in Srinagar and boys and girls from every territory rush to get in that….they will stay with those families and spread love and cross culturing……that might will not change the country’s faith but it will collect a bunch of people again, who will hear news, read the news, discuss it debate it out, draw conclusions ,will agree on some and disagree on rest but at end will be friends parting the boundaries of caste creed and colour. This will lead foundation of a nation, unite nation of youth for whom nothing is impossible…….. ) ..Giving more opportunity to them bringing them in main stream…promoting sorts there....let me tell you sports is the most effective connecting wire …lets hope some national players from Kashmir …. and more important the military forces being placed there must get either some psychological training or some regular interaction with locals to gain their faith…..Police must be established with effectiveness to reduce military effect. But, but, but same has to be done with extreme care to avoid any terrorist activity cultivation. We have to associate our people with us at the same time we cant afford to give a single chance to anti human species. And what brings some hope to me is, if some one can motivate our people to give their life for his profit, cant to motivate the same bunch of people to live for themselves and for betterment of humanity?

Our PM’s message today can be backed with some solid action then only we shall be able to associate them again and keep the family, the nation India together. If reservation can be given to a person with 20 lacs per annum income , just because he is OBC, why not to Kashimiries ,( I know this going to hurt me again , the general category but I am ready to sacrifices)

Still there are some stunning facts or say questions to be answered, which are putting question mark on possibility of peace and are defining the anger of Kashmiri youth. I was socked to know that in last 20 years 70000 Kashimiries either being killed or missing , and that is simply huge number to understand the frustration and anger in system because all 70000 are not terrorists that is for sure. And for me this has to be questioned? But still what gives me hope is its not whole J & K behaves that way still Ladakh and Jammu has the peace and people are making a life in it. But one thing which is still hunting me is no one is talking about those more than 2 lakh Kashamiri pundits who are still living in tents like refugees but still doing no revolution that must be the largest number of refugees in a country without any cold war.

Now the Big question arises for what government waiting for? Another bloodshed? For more violence and this time from Kashmiri Pundits? Because what seems in this country is; the voice not been heard until it mixed with blood.

How much more blood it need? How much?

Just think, feel and pen down, because today we need to discuss it out, it’s the time? I am being forced up to lift my pen in mid night not by any one as but by myself? And I am sure the life conditions in valley and 70000 lives in 20 years will make you also to lift your pen. Because 3500/annum is not a less number until it’s your salary.

IPL Action : Outside Ground

Yesterday...the joy and feel of one of the biggest finals faints because of a more interesting match going on outside the field.....to end a golden era of cricket league....to remove an extraordinary administrator..a man with unparalleled vision....but this whole episode teach few lesson..
1.Swelling success and digesting or living it is not at all an easy task...(hats off too Sachin who managed it for past 20 years without any controversy)
2. All great visionary and great administrators not at all generate new ideas but they convert an idea come in wind of talk to a dream and then live them till success...
3. Every thing Which achieve great success is an idea being tried earlier but overpowered by more powerful people.
4.It also reflects the status of Cricket , which has become the power house, for which all sort of politicians, business houses, Cine stars are in field.
5.It also teaches how billions can be teared out from a piece of paper.
6. It is the best example , how to override your competitors.(ICL every one knows no more exists)
7. Always give due respect to team members otherwise...................
8.Success never comes easy and when it comes then its time to be more careful rather than be overjoyed in enjoying it and making loopholes so others can exploit later on.
9.Silence can give you more life, truth is not every thing what matters how you are presenting it and against whom it is?

Rise of a Great Administrator..A brand maker....A king maker.. Lalit Modi...
In Delhi on Nov. 29, 1963 born a boy in a billionaire family..as all rich kids he also got everything easily but he was a bit different, he didn't enjoy it, as he is not suffering from primary needs of life..he has a desire to do something different....different than others..he tried various things good or bad, what ever he felt right , went to jail in college life, as all great enthusiastic people, if their energy not utilized at right place leads to wrong..but mistakes happen in life..after college he seen that in today's world public celebrities are mainly from entertainment world..so he tried with Disney and other entertainment companies..which not worked in his way..in 1992 he came in cricket actively, from there a new story begins...A person has came with this idea of city league in cricket to Jagmohan Dalmiya , president of BCCI that time, and from here Lalit Modi has got his idea ..he turned it to a dream then passion..but from that time his status was not so much that he can overrule BCCI president, so first he demolished BCCI president, make a person to sit at that post, now it was only about showing his administrative skills, he shows the board how money can be earned from cricket, and a politician seating at board chairman post cant spare his love for money...now stage was set only the person was waiting for an opportunity...that comes in the way of ICL.. now board has first time seen an revolt in Indian cricket and it was scattering...and inefficient people sitting there seen no way to stop it...this was the moment of rise of a great administrator....Lalit Modi stepped in and rest becomes history...His stature keep on growing , his attitude is giving him success..same time his ego is also growing ..and incapable persons sitting In BCCI were mare spectators ...and his stature reached on peak when Indian government denies to host IPL 2 and he shifted every thing to south Africa in just 15 days time ..that time Indian government felt that a person is growing and conspiracies started as it been done with all persons who make gold out of sand.Now what happen last night raised many questions....
1. No one is denying what has happen to IPL is a shear result of someones dedication and hard work then why his exit is so ugly? Is it a tribute the man deserve?
2. Is it just a scarifies to save some white collar men(lot of names have came in Pics).
3. Why half night exit , if he is working s well why not to give him time to explain?
4. What BCCI is fearing?
5. If he was doing something wrong what governing council was doing that time, and if Modi is going why not the whole Governing Council?

IS it the right exit for a person who have given cricket a new height?more over to that is exit was required?

These all questions will get their answer in coming time.
But in my opinion , Modi must be invited in IIMs to give management and administrative lessons to young guns, they must learn the way to get success, and the same time Modi's lecture must be followed by Sachin Tendulkar's lecture how to sallow the success, and this combination will make some really potential and great leaders and administrative.

Now one more thing is there to learn..
What are the conditions when a person grow to a stature that organization stature looks short at him? ..Well what I observe that single man centric organizations doesn't lead to long, if your successor is not more stronger than you....one of the measure reasons of fall of Mughal empire was the structure put by Badshah AKabar ..he was single man eccentric hence a week leader cant control it..where as in case of systems its system which make people work and run the show ..and it can allow weak persons also to make result because a system is working not individuals...but its very important to keep people of similar caliber in system for its best working..best example can be seen in any Japanese company....generally when a person have more passion and potential then other counters of system it grows bigger and bigger than system and take my word..talent in any segment cant be ignored when it mixes with passion and dedication..like Sachin has grown its stature more than cricket now Sachin doesn't mean by cricket but cricket is mean by him ( but same time it cant be denied that when Sachin was forming so he was the only of his kind..and its cricket so i don't want to use the word incapable for others)....But in Lalit Modi's case it was his ability which grown him bigger and allow him accumulate power can be true but it contributed only 20% rest all is inability of other people in system...if u keep a Diamond in coal the diamond will shine it will seem different, but in diamond mine all shines same.....Now those people somehow want to snatch the success and coals are polishing themselves..after all they are also carbon and diamond is also carbon..if u keep rubbing it can get coated but at end diamond will remain diamond and coal will coal...............

A message of Gandhi dynesty....

Well..today my belief that India is a country of dynasties from....Maurya to Gandhi dynasty...... nothing has changed......the recent case of Lilit modi & Amithabh Bachhan has proven it.......it has proven once again that indians are born slaves and completely dictated by..only one family....so here a short message conveyed from these incidents...
and here is a mess from chief gandhi dynasty ....my ministers will do whatever he want???...all India is my property.....if u say something....I will chhuu my income tax or any other department to you...and simply demolish you..................so what u have given a thing to India on which county can pride ...or ..be the supreme in world(in that particular thing)........i give it a dam its my country..... a country which is slave to my grate Gandhi family........and I will not let it b a mark on world..it’s my slave country.......................
you bloody dam actors....players ..or any one bastard who is doing something great for the country...how dare u can do that.....ok fine if u still want to do..Just b my pet..I will support you...let my men’s dictate or do whatever they want to do....let them rape ur craft..but don’t put a sound i have a army of so many departments.....and if u rise a voice u will b demolished ....simply demolished.,... don’t think since u r popular and done much for country then ppl will support you...here is only one voice ...only one opinion..that is janpath opinion...they r the ppl who has became habitual of slavery...and they cant..Handle independence.....if u dare to stand by my opposition ...u will b boycotted from Indian community..and treated like untouchable.... so what u r standing to promote a state which gives maximum revenue to nation or most progressive state of country.....but do remember it is ruled by a brilliant leader who’s only fault is that he not come in my slave list.......so better never talk to any one who has a different opinion to us...(it doesnt matter if its better than us )...but they r not blue blood they have not born with authority to dictate.....only the ppl under my rule are my citizens or Indians ...rest ..are either fundamentalist or ..Communal..... so avoid even shadow of these ppl specially if u r living in a state govern by us.......B Indian follow the dynasty..otherwise leave the country....or ready for the consequences..(like ..Modi and Amithabh r enjoying..ha ha ha..)......a mess to nation from chief...Gandhi dynasty ..Hindustan
